Erin McChesney
Fine Artist
Living just outside of Pittsburgh, PA, Erin McChesney is a Fine Artist who has experience in drawing, painting, ceramics, sculpture, and 3D computer modeling.
Erin is a current undergraduate student at Tufts University in Boston Massachusetts. She is seeking to earn both a BFA in Fine Art from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts and a BA in Archeology. With the goal of art conservation and restoration in mind she allows her study of material culture to guide both your artist practice and her education.
As a current art student Erin McChesney is an experimenter. Not only does she experiment with different mediums but with new themes and messages within her pieces. However even with this constant goal to think outside of the box Erin always looks at how the viewer will react to her pieces.Â
Her work has a sense a mischievous and wonder while also continuing to illustrate classical skill and detail.
